  • Clarity & Consent: I’ll explain the structure of therapy, including confidentiality, your rights as a client, and how payment works. You’ll always know what to expect.

  • Your Story: Space to share what’s been on your mind, at your own pace.

  • Your Goals: We’ll begin exploring what you’d like to heal, change, or grow toward.
